Near duplication searching can next be carried out to group documents which are similar together. For example iterations of a contract where only small portions of the text has been modified. The reviewer can then assess these documents together providing time savings where it is most important.

Convert any source data to a structured load file representing the documents meta-data along with native documents, searchable pdfs, stamped tiffs and searchable text.
